Steve Neville alarms have been a fixture on carp lakes for more than 30 years, and the design has barely changed because it hasn't needed to. The Remote Bite Alarm is the classic alarm with a built-in radio transmitter, so it can sound through the Neville receiver box as well as on the bank.

Who it suits
Anglers who want a simple, durable alarm with no menus, and who value the long reputation of the Neville design over extra features.
Worth knowing
- Neville alarms are sold as single heads, so a three-rod set with receiver is four separate purchases.
- The small 12V battery is less common in shops than a PP3, so carry a spare. See our batteries guide.
